ESCAPE YOUTH CAFEEscape Youth Cafe first opened it's door on the 14th February 2004. Our organisation was established in 2004 following a local Youth Summit the year before where youths identified the need for a drop-in project. Our service has since developed to deliver youth services to young people across the Teviot and Liddesdale area of the Scottish Borders. Our activities are aimed at increasing young peoples' confidence and self esteem, and improving personal, social and life skills. |

Denholm Youth Cafe was first created in November 2014, as an extension project of Escape Youth Cafe. We then paused the project during covid-19 and have now newly established the setting once again as of July 2024. The drop-in facility is based in the local Denholm village hall. The attendance is for P5+ to Secondary Year 6 which allow's the Denholm young people to engage is different types of activities. We operate under the same principles and and overarching outcomes that Escape Youth Services has for all our sessions. |
Youth Committee
Escape Youth Services are forever putting young people at the very heart of what we do. Our dedicated Youth Committee are the voice of our attendee's and the engine that keeps the voice of the young people being heard. The committee engage in several voluntary awards and certificates to forever grow their skills.
