About.Escape has a fantastic team that provides a high-quality, person-centred approach to supporting our young people. Our board also plays a vital role in making key decisions to help grow and develop Escape Youth Services. In addition to our dedicated team, we have a Youth Committee that helps amplify the voices of the young people who attend our service.

Our Goal.
We take a person-centred approach to promoting a positive, can-do attitude, helping young people build brighter futures for themselves. At Escape, we work collaboratively to enhance the lives of young people. Our aim is to develop and sustain a supportive service where young people can thrive. We strive to increase the range, quantity, and quality of youth-led provision, based on identified needs. Additionally, we aim to enhance youth participation within the service and the community, fostering stronger relationships and recognising young people as valued members of society.
