Welcome to Escape Youth Services
Open 5 nights a week, Escape is a drop-in facility for young people in Hawick and the surrounding area where we provide a safe and fun environment for young people to meet, creating opportunities and supporting development. We offer a wide variety of activities including creative media, games, sports, music, arts, baking and cooking, interest groups, issue-based sessions, excursions and residentials. The project has been running successfully for 16 years.

Escape Youth Services have always provided fantastic holiday programmes in April, July/August & October. The programme will include different workshops from external professional who provide new and exciting opportunities. We also provide some trips depending on where the young people have selected. The programmes are available to all members and new members who perhaps are looking for something to do in the holiday periods. We also have a jam-packed week of activities.
We pride ourselves in making sure that we continue to work alongside other agencies to provide the best person centered support available to young people. We continually look for ways to engage new young people and provide the needs of our young people while working with the other agencies/organisations.
We run a transition programme that works alongside CLD to provide transition support to P7 pupils moving to secondary school.
